Weddings and Civil Partnerships
With its striking Rotunda and curved corridors, Ickworth House was finally completed in 2006 after 200 years, The West Wing at Ickworth offers The Gallery and The Court for ceremonies and receptions. The Gallery has wonderful views over the Italianate Gardens and can hold up to 200 guests. To ensure you get away from it all, this historic Grade 1 Listed building nestles in 1800 acres of gardens and wooded parkland.
There are also marquee areas for larger wedding receptions. The beautiful gardens are available for reception drinks and there are many wonderful areas for photography including the Temple and Rose garden.
Wedding Packages
We offer an inclusive wedding package which includes:
- - the exclusive use of the first floor of the West Wing (The Gallery and The Court)
- - sparkling wine reception or Pimms in the Italianate gardens
- - three-course meal, including a half bottle of wine per person and unlimited bottled water
- - coffee and chocolates
- - Champagne toast
- - the services of a Toastmaster
- - Conference and Banqueting Manager and team of staff
- - use of the gardens for photography
- - all crockery, white linen and glassware
£95 per person inc VAT
based on a minimumnumber of 100 on a Saturday and minimum of 90 on Friday / Sun.

Wedding Rooms
The Gallery: The beautiful Gallery on the first floor of the West Wing, overlooking the Italianate gardens, accommodates stylish wedding ceremonies and sumptuous wedding breakfasts for up to 200 guests.
The Court: The Court is a smaller room, adjacent to the Gallery, and is available for the bride and groom to use as an extra area for a crèche or quiet room.
The Garden: The marquee areas are perfect for larger summer weddings, allowing open access to the gardens and wooded parkland.
When can civil wedding ceremonies be held in the West Wing at Ickworth?
The West Wing is available throughout the year on all dates except Easter weekend.
