Sodexo Prestige customers have rated The West Wing at Ickworth House one of the company's top three hospitality venues in the UK and Ireland, according to annual results from its 'Success Guaranteed' feedback system.
With an outstanding score of 91%, The West Wing, where Sodexo Prestige provides conference, banqueting, wedding, dinner dance and meetings services, came second in the annual inspection, which assesses the company's hospitality services according to the results of detailed customer feedback questionnaires.
From the efficiency of the booking process, to the quality of car parking and cloakroom facilities, welcome procedures, staff presentation and attentiveness, food, beverages and the overall ambience; Sodexo Prestige invited the organisers of every event held at its venues to comment on all aspects of the event service they have received.

£40 per person plus VAT.
